Provides coverage for the claim filed against the road carrier under the carriage of goods contract between the customer and the road carrier. If goods are damaged or lost during transportation and the carrier incur liability for compensation of the loss or damage to the owner of the goods, then upon the existence of liability insurance the insurance company will cover the loss and damage according to the international CMR Convention.
